Legal Representation and Court Filing Services in Labuan

Our Firm is pleased to announce that we now provide representation before the High Court at Labuan and electronic court filing services through the e-Kehakiman Sabah and Sarawak (eKSS) system. We welcome enquiries from individuals, businesses and fellow legal practitioners requiring assistance with Labuan proceedings.

Our eKSS registration has been in place since May 2026, enabling us to undertake electronic filings for Labuan matters directly. Combined with our court representation services, this allows us to coordinate the preparation of documents, filing and conduct of proceedings directly within our Firm without having to engage a local Labuan firms. 

Our Partner, Ms. Noraini binti Roslie, has been registered on the official eKSS portal for Labuan matters since 11 May 2026, under her Bar Council membership number N/5228. This is in addition to her earlier admission as an advocate of the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak in the State of Sabah on 21 April 2017, recorded under Roll No. 1182.

Filing and representation support for legal practitioners

We also welcome enquiries from legal practitioners requiring assistance with Labuan proceedings. Labuan uses eKSS, a separate platform from the High Court of Malaya e-Filing System (EFS). For firms based in Peninsular Malaysia, this can create additional practical arrangements when handling a Labuan matter.

We can assist with Labuan electronic filings and court representation, with the scope of our involvement agreed according to the requirements of each engagement. This may include assistance with a particular filing or appearance, or a broader role in the conduct of the proceedings.
